Rich man, poor man...who's hungry?! These Poor Man's Cherry Burnt Ends are hunks of smoky chuck roast, taking a dip in our oh so sweet, wait for it heat, Cherry Bomb BBQ Sauce. A bomb meal that everyone will be diggin'.

Directions
Set smoker or pellet grill to 300 degrees.
Generously season the chuck roast with Rodeo Rub and place in the smoker for 1 hour.
Remove from the smoker and cut into 1” pieces.
Place two large pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil together and make a boat. Place the meat into the foil and drizzle with Cherry Bomb BBQ sauce. Gently stir to evenly coat.
A cast iron pot with a lid can be used in place of the foil.
Seal the foil and return to the smoker for 1 ½ - 2 hours or until the meat in tender.
Remove from the smoker and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
Stir and add more sauce if needed and place in serving dish. Cast iron suggested.
