Meat on a stick? Need we say more? Smoked pork belly dipped in our Blue Ribbon BBQ sauce!

Ingredients
- 3 LB – Pork Belly

½ C – Blue Ribbon Competition-Style Rib Rub
- ½ Stick – Butter
-
½ C –Blue Ribbon - Competition-Style BBQ Sauce
Directions
- Preheat smoker to 250 degrees.
- Cut the pork belly into pieces that are about 1” X 2” X 4”, just the right size to skewer.
- Skewer the pork belly, one piece per skewer
- Season the pork belly generously with Blue Ribbon Rub and then place them on a rack lined tray.
- Place on the smoker and smoke for 1 Hour.
- Remove from the tray and place in an aluminum tray.
- Cut the butter in to tabs and add to the pan.
- Cover with foil and place back on the smoker for roughly 1 hour, or until tender.
- Remove from the pan and baste the skewers with Blue Ribbon BBQ sauce.
- Back on the smoker for 15-30 minutes until the sauce in tacked on.
- Serve and enjoy immediately.
