1 Cup Honky Tonk Nashville Hot Sauce
-
1/2 Stick -Butter
-
2 ( 8 Oz) Cream Cheese
-
3/4 Cup Blue Cheese Crumbles

1 t Black Pepper

Carrots and Celery Sticks
Directions
Set smoker or grill to 350 degrees.
Toss the wings in the cooking oil and Honky Tonk Rub
Place on the smoker for 40-45 minutes, flipping one time half way through.
While the wings are cooking, combine the cream cheese, blue cheese crumbles and sour cream together with a hand mixer or in a food processor. Season with pepper.
Spread the cream cheese mixture into the bottom of a cast iron pan. Arrange/stand the carrots and celery in the middle of the dip.
In a bowl, place the Honky Tonk Sauce and butter, then place the hot cooked wings in the bowl. Toss the wings in the sauce until the butter is melted, and all the wings are well covered.
Dunk the wings into the dip and leave them standing up. Arrange around the pan until full.
Enjoy!
