Ingredients
- 3 LB – Wings

1 T – Olive Oil
-
5 T – Cock-A-Doodle Brew Beer Can Chicken Rub
- 1 TB – Olive Oil
- 4 – Jalapenos

2 T – Garlic, minced
-
¾ C – Raspberry Preserves
-
½ C – Beer
-
1 T – Cock-A-Doodle Brew Beer Can Chicken Rub

2 T – Corn Starch
-
2 T – Cold Water
Sauce
Directions
- Preheat grill, set up for indirect cooking to 350 degrees.
- Toss the wings in 1 TB of olive oil and then season generously with Cock-A-Doodle Brew rub.
- Place the wings on the grill and cook until they reach an internal temperature of 170 degrees and are crisped up to your liking.
- While the wings are cooking, make the sauce.
- Slice the jalapenos, leaving seeds in if you like it spicier.
- Sauté in oil for 3-4 minutes and then add the minced garlic. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the raspberry preserves and beer and stir to incorporate.
- Simmer on low for 5-6 minutes and adjust seasoning as needed with more Cock-A-Doodle Brew.
- Combine the corn starch and water to make a slurry and add it to the sauce while it simmers to adjust thickness.
- Once the wings are cooked, toss them immediately in the sauce and serve hot.
