St. Patrick's Day favorites with a twist! Check out these Reuben street tacos topped with homemade Russian sauce, sauerkraut, and swiss cheese!

Ingredients
- 3 LB – Corned Beef
- 1 Bottle – Sprite
- 8 – Flour Tortillas
- 8 Slice – Swiss Cheese

1 C – Sauerkraut
Russian Dressing
-
1 ½ C – Mayo
-
1/3 C – Ketchup
-
2 T – Bier Hall Mustard
-
2 t – Black Gold
-
1 ½ T – Lemon Juice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove the corned beef from the packaging (do not rinse) and place it in a baking dish. Pour in the bottle of sprite.
- Cover with parchment and foil and place in the oven for 2 ½ - 3 hours until tender.
- Allow to cool
- Make the Russian dressing by combining the listed ingredients in a bowl and stirring well.
- Heat a skillet over medium/low heat.
- Place the tortillas in the skillet and heat one side for 20 seconds.
- Flip the tortillas and place a slice of Swiss on each tortilla. Cook until the cheese is just melted.
- Shred the corned beef and bring up to temperature by heating it in the skillet.
- Build the tacos.
- Add ½ cup of shredded corned beef to each tortilla and top it with sauerkraut and a drizzle of Russian dressing.
