Throw out the cocktail sauce for this one, you wont be needing it! Shrimp marinated in champagne, butter, and shallot seasoning will melt in your mouth. The perfect New Years Eve treat!
Ingredients

1 Lb – Shrimp (16/20 size, peeled and deveined)

1 C – Champagne
-
5 T – Butter (unsalted)
-
1 t – King Shallot Black Garlic
-
Pinch – Chile Flakes
-
1 t – Parsley
-
¼ - Lemon
Directions
Evenly lay out the shrimp in a 9” cast iron pan or oven safe pan.
Pour over the champagne, season with King Shallot.
Cut butter into tabs and place on top of the shrimp. Season withchile flakes.
Preheat the broiler to a medium setting.
Place the dish under the broiler and cook for 5-8 minutes or until the internal temperature of the shrimp reaches 155 degrees.
Remove from oven.
Squeeze lemons over the shrimp and garnish with chopped parsley.
