YeeHaw! Put your boots on and saddle up for this Shredded Brisket Cheeseball. Made with our Texas BBQ Rodeo Rub, Bee Sting Hot Honey BBQ Sauce, Cheese, Onion, and Shredded Brisket, this cheese ball will have the whole ranch wanting more!
Ingredients

2 Pkg–Cream Cheese

2 T – Rodeo Rub

1 C - Brisket, shredded

2 T – Green Onion, chopped

½ C – Cheddar Cheese,

¼ C – Bee Sting Hot Honey BBQ sauce
Directions
Preheat smoker to 225 degrees.
Season the cream cheese generously with Rodeo rub. Place on a foil lined tray and then onto the smoker for 2 hours.
Allow cream cheese to cool slightly.
In a medium sized mixing bowl combine the cream cheese, shredded brisket, shredded cheddar and chopped green onion. Stir together until well combined.
Lay out a piece of plastic wrap. Scoop the cheeseball mixture into the center of the plastic and wrap up the sides.
Form the ball in the plastic and then transfer to a serving tray. Remove plastic.
Brush the outside of the cheeseball with Bee Sting BBQ sauce.
Serve with crackers.
