Ingredients
- 1 LB – Shrimp

2 T – Butter
-
¼ C – Garlic, chopped
-
2 t – King Shallot
- 1 – Lemon, Juiced
-
¼ C – White wine, dry
-
¼ C – Parsley, chopped
- 8 oz – Cream Cheese
-
¼ C – Sour Cream
-
1 C – Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

¼ C – Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Peel and devein the shrimp if needed then dice it into ½” pieces.
- Heat a sauté pan and add butter to melt.
- Sauté the shrimp for 2 minutes then add ½ of the garlic, juice from 1 lemon, parsley, white wine and King Shallot.
- Sauté until the shrimp is fully cooked.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Skim the shrimp from the cooking liquid and add to the bowl. Add ½ cup of the lemon white wine cooking sauce to the bowl as well. Add remaining garlic.
- Stir all together until well combined and then pour into a cast iron skillet.
- Top with some grated parmesan cheese and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is lightly browned.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with toasted baguette or crackers.
