Ingredients

3 Large Sweet Onions- Vidalia

24 Slices of Bacon

4 T Notorious P.I. G. Pulled Pork Rub
Directions
Pre heat smoker to 275 degrees.
Cut the onion into thick slices about ¾” thick.
Wrap the bacon around the onion. Most likely will need 2 slices of bacon per ring.
Season the onion ring on both side with Notorious P.I.G.
Place on the smoker and smoke for 1 to 1 ½ hours. Flip halfway through.
Serve!
