Serve it up! Grab a pasta chip and dunk it in our creamy, bacon loaded, smoked P.I.G. cream cheese boat. This appetizer will disappear if you don’t get in there! Eat up.
Ingredients
-
1 8 Oz Pkg. Cream Cheese
-
1 T Olive Oil
-
2 T Notorious P.I.G. Pulled Pork Rub
-
8 Oz Box Bowtie Pasta
-
1 T Olive Oil
-
2 T Grate State Cheesy Blend
-
6 Slices Bacon
Directions
Preheat smoker to 225 degrees.
Drizzle the cream cheese block with olive oil and rub to even coat.
Season generously on all sides with Notorious P.I.G. rub.
Place on a foil lined tray or create a small double lined foil boat.
Place on the smoker for 1 ½ hours.
While the cheese is smoking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil to cook the pasta.
Cook the pasta until fully cooked. Drain and rinse with cold water to rapidly cool the pasta.
Toss in 1 TB of olive oil and salt.
Fry in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket every 3 minutes. Cook until the noodles are bubbly and crisp.
Remove from the air fryer and immediately toss in Grate State.
Chop bacon and cook in a sauté pan over medium high heat until crisp. Remove the bacon only from the pan, leaving the bacon grease behind.
Place the cooked chopped bacon on top of the smoked cream cheese.
Serve with pasta chips or your favorite dipper.
