Smoked Bone-in Pork Chops
A recipe with some serious chops. Thick-cut bone-in pork chops are seasoned heavily in our smoky, spicy and sweet Notorious P.I.G. rub then smoked until melt-in-your-mouth tender.
Smoked Pork Chops

4 | Pork Loin Chops, bone-in |
1 T | Olive Oil |
2 T | Notorious P.I.G. Pulled Pork Rub |
Instructions:
- Preheat your smoker to 225 F. If using a gas or charcoal grill, set it to low, indirect heat.
- Drizzle olive oil on all sides of the pork chops, then season with Notorious P.I.G.
- Place the chops in the smoker, and smoke for 60 to 90 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 145 F is reached.
- Remove the pork chops from the smoker, rest for 10 minutes. Serve warm
