Ingredients

2 Beef Tenderloin Filets- 6 Oz Each

2-3 T Black Gold Garlic Pepper

1 T Olive Oil
-
1/2 C Red Wine

2 T Butter- Cold
Directions
Season each side of tenderloin filet generously with Black Gold. Set aside
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and swirl it around in the bottom of the skillet. Sear tenderloin for 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare and remove from pan. Allow steak to rest for 5-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, add wine to skillet to deglaze pan. Remove from heat and whisk in butter until a sauce forms. Serve over steak and enjoy!
