Ingredients
- 2 Package – Cheese Tortellini

2 T – Olive Oil
- 1 LB – Italian Sausage, ground
- 8 oz – Pepperoni, diced

½ C – Onion, diced
- 1 – Green Bell Pepper, diced

½ C – Black Olives, Diced
- 6 oz – Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Jar – Marinara Sauce

1 ½ C – Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

2 T – Good Fella
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cook tortellini according to directions on the packaging, be sure not to overcook.
- Strain the pasta and set aside in a large bowl. Toss with love oil.
- In a large sauté pan spread out the sausage into little balls. Place the pan over medium heat and cook for 2 minutes until the sausage can easily be released from the pan.
- Continue to sauté the sausage until fully cooked.
- Add onion and ½ of the green pepper. Sauté 3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add mushrooms and pepperoni and cook 3-4 minutes until the mushrooms are cooked.
- Add the sauté mixture to the bowl with the cooked pasta.
- Add marinara sauce and ½ of the cheese.
- Season generously with Good Fella
- Mix well and then pour the pasta into a cast iron pan.
- Top the dish with the remaining cheese followed by the remaining green pepper.
- Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the dish is heated through and the cheese is slightly browned on top.
- Finish with a few extra cracks of Good Fella and enjoy!
