Ingredients
- 5 – Eggs

1 T - Butter
- 5 oz – Greek yogurt, plain

1 T – Fresh dill, torn
-
3 T – King Shallot Chile Crisp (see recipe)

½ t – Open Sesame - Everything Bagel
- Toasted bageutte
Directions
Fry Eggs to your liking.
Spread the greek yogurt onto a plate.
Place the fried eggs on top of the yogurt.
Drizzle generously with chile crisp.
Season with fresh dill and a few shakes of Open Sesame.
Serve with toasted baguette.
