Ingredients
- 2 LB – Ground Beef

4 TB – Umami Butter Burger Seasoning
- 6 – Burger Buns
- 2 Cup – Spring Mix
- 6 Slice – Gruyere or Swiss
- 8 oz – Button Mushrooms, sliced
- 8 oz – Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced
- 8 oz – Shitake Mushrooms, Sliced
- 2 TB – Butter
- ¼ Cup – Minced Onion
- 3 Sprig – Thyme
- 2 TB – Tomato Paste
- ¼ Cup – Red Wine

2 TB – Umami Butter Burger Seasoning
Mushroom Ragu
Directions
Portion the ground beef into 6 and make your burger patties.
- Place the butter, sliced mushrooms, onion and thyme into a saucepot and cook over medium/high heat until lightly browned.
- Add tomato paste and cook, while stirring for 2 minutes.
- Add wine and cook until the wine is absorbed and then season with Umami Butter Burger Seasoning.
- Set the mushroom ragu aside but keep warm.
- Fire up the grill!
- Season the burgers generously with Umami Butter Burger Seasoning and grill to your liking.
- Top with cheese and melt.
- Build the burgers with spring mix on the bottom bun, followed by a grilled burger.
- Top with mushroom ragu and top bun.
- Serve and enjoy!
