Ingredients
- 2 LB – Ground Beef
- 2 Clove – Garlic. minced

¼ C – Onion, Chopped
- 2 – Eggs
-
1 C – Panko Breadcrumbs
-
3 T – Notorious P.I.G. rub
- 2 oz – Bourbon
-
2 T – Cooking oil
-
1 C – Whiskey Barrel BBQ Sauce
Directions
- I a mixing bowl, combine the beef, minced garlic, chopped onion, eggs, panko breadcrumbs, bourbon and Notorious P.I.G. seasoning. Mix together by hand until the meat is really well mixed.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Form 2 oz meatballs.
- Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium/high heat.
- Sear off the meatballs on all sides before placing them on a foil lined sheet tray.
- Place the meatballs in the oven and cook for 10-12 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 155 degrees internal.
- Drizzle and baste with Whiskey Barrel BBQ Sauce and place back in the oven for 5 minutes to tack on the sauce.
- Remove from the oven and serve!
