Ingredients
-
1 1/2 Lb Ground Beef
-
1 Egg
-
1/2 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
-
2 T Backyard Better Burger
-
1 Onion (small)
-
8 Slices American Cheese
-
12 Slider Buns
-
Optional- Pickle Slices
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together the ground beef, egg, panko and Backyard seasoning.
Place the meat mixture on a sheet tray. Flatten the mix a little before placing a piece of parchment on top and using rolling pin to flatten out the mixture to fit the sheet tray.
Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, small dice the onion.
Take the meat out of the oven. The meat will have shrunken a little. Place the diced onion on the tray surrounding the meat and place in the oven for another 10 minutes.
With the onions now cooked, spread them out on the meat and then top with the slices of American cheese.
Place in the oven for 3-4minutes or until the cheese melts.
Cut the slider buns (if they are not already) and place the tops on the meat. Place the tray in the oven for the last time to warm the tops.
Using a pastry scraper or butter knife, cut the meat around the slider buns.
Build and enjoy!
