I like it!
I used this to make my latest batch of braunsweger. It came out real good! Better than my spice recipes. I ground up 4 pounds of pork shoulder n 2 pounds sauetaed beef liver with my medium plate twice. I also sauetaed a minced onion n some minced garlic. Mixed it all together with the seasoning n 1/2 cup white wine and 1 1/4 teaspoons cure no 1. Also mixed in 1 1/4 teaspoons cure no1. Stuffed it into 4 inch fibrous casings and let it cure overnight . Then i smoked it 4 hours at 170 then finished up in a water bath till it hit 160 and cooled it down in a cold water bath. My go to spice now!

I’ve made a lot of braunschweiger and this is one of my top favorites. And dealing with customer service was excellent. There was a very very small problem and they took care of me.

Haven't used it yet but getting ready to. I'll let you know.I have used your bacon spices and like them.I have reordered it and your balogna.
