High-Temperature Mozzarella cheese can withstand up to 400°F and hold it's shape without melting. This make it a perfect addition to meats and provides both a creamy flavor and a soft texture. Usage For Sausage- Making:
We recommend a 10-15% inclusion ratio for your meat block.
- For 10-lb Meat Block: Mix 1 lb of high-temp cheese
- For 25-lb Meat Block: Mix 2-3 lbs of high-temp cheese
Storage:
Lasts up to 180 days at 32-72°F. Refrigerate after opening. Do not freeze.
