I made a 12 1/2 lb batch of this using 67% pork butts and 33% ground sirloin(super sale) or 2 to 1 pork to beef. Very good, I wanted to try a different blend from my stand by brat blend and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! I would definitely buy this again. I'm making the Philly Cheesesteak Snack Sticks next!!
