Excellent brats
These brats are incredibly delicious. The spices used… just make these brats addictive. Gave some to my friends after making them. My friends were like wow when are you making more? Definitely a very good Brat and will be purchasing more of that seasoning no doubt

Solid traditional brat
We made 25 lb batch, 60% Venison, 40% Pork. Added in 1 lb of cheddar high temp cheese and used natural casings. Flavor of brat was good and traditional. Slightly sweet. Overall was good but not amazing, we prefer the spicier recipes but this is a solid choice.

OK, might need to add more
This is just OK, didn't have a lot of flavor imop. I'm gonna try to add some extra and see if itll gain more flavor. It's just kinda meh at the ratios they tell you to use.
