These durable but tender collagen casings are easy to use and can be easily hung from smokehouse sticks during processing. Each sausage casing strand will stuff about 9 lbs of meat. 

Note: These collagen casings are ready to stuff. No soaking necessary. Keep edible collagen casings refrigerated. (Will keep up to 6 months).
