This is a family favorite. We make them every year.
Taco brats
We made 25# of taco brats, 16# venison, 9 # ground pork shoulder, taco seasoning. When grilled low and slow we had good flavor, but seemed to much flavor, somewhat salty. Same result with tailgater, maybe reduce amount per pound of meat
