Quality Brat Kit, excellent taste
Used the onion and garlic kit. Added some hot pepper for a little kick. Cheese cubes steps it up a notch.

I love this kit
I love the kits PS makes whether it's this kit, a summer saug, or snack stick kit. The Garlic & Onion seasoning is really delicious. If you want to put this brat over the top (you can thank me later) add High Temp Blue Cheese before stuffing.
