Ingredients
- 2 LB – Onions
- 3 TB – Butter
- 1 ½ LB – Ground Beef
- 2 TB – Backyard Burger Blend
- 6 Slice – American Cheese
- 6 Slice – Sourdough bread
- 2 TB - Butter
- 1 Cup – Mayo
- 1 TB – Sriracha Sauce
- 3 TB – Ketchup

2 TB – Bier Hall Stone Ground Mustard
Special Sauce
Directions
- Julienne the onions.
- Portion and patty the ground beef into 5oz burgers.
- Make the special sauce by combining the listed ingredients in a bowl and mixing well.
- Preheat griddle to 350 degrees.
- Melt 3 TB of butter on the griddle and throw down your julienned onion. Cook and caramelize to your liking. Set aside.
- Cook off your burgers, seasoning them with Backyard Burger blend.
- Melt 2 TB of butter and toast off the sourdough on both sides.
- Melt the cheese on the toast.
- Build your burgers with two patties on a piece of sourdough toast.
- Top with special sauce and caramelized onion.
- Top with another piece of sourdough toast and serve.
