Ingredients
- 30 OZ – Ground Beef
- 12 – Flour Tortillas

3 TB – The Works Burger Seasoning
- 12 Slice – American Cheese
- Lettuce, pickles and onions for garnish
- 1 Cup – Mayo
- 1 TB – Sriracha Sauce
- 3 TB – Ketchup

2 TB – Bier Hall Stone Ground Mustard
Special Sauce
Directions
- Preheat griddle to 350 degrees.
- Portion the meat into 2 ½ oz portions.
- Press meat onto a flour tortilla, flattening it out toward the edges. Leave ¼” edge on the tortillas. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and meat.
- Make the special sauce by combining the listed ingredients in a bowl and mixing.
- Head out to the griddle with all your ingredients.
- Season the meat side of the tacos before placing them, meat side down, on the griddle.
- Sear for 3-4 minutes and then flip.
- Add and American cheese slice to each taco.
- Cook an additional 2-3 minutes until the tortilla is lightly toasted.
- Remove from the griddle and then top with your lettuce, onion and pickles.
- Finally add a drizzle of special sauce and serve.
