Ingredients
- 1 LB – Ground Chicken

2 TB – Bacon Bleu Burger Blend
- 4 – Burger Buns
- 8 Slice – Bacon
- 1 Cup – Blue Cheese Crumbles
- ½ Cup – Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
- Shredded Lettuce
Directions
- Portion the ground chicken into 2 oz meatballs.
- Preheat griddle to 350 degrees.
- Lay out the pieces of bacon on the griddle and cook to your liking.
- Scrape most of the bacon fat away.
- Place a chicken meatball on the griddle and then smash with a heavy-duty spatula or burger press.
- Season with Bacon Bleu Burger blend. Once caramelized, flip the burgers.
- Top ½ of the patties with blue cheese to melt. Stack the cheesy patties on a no cheesy patty.
- Toast the burger buns if desired.
- Build the burgers
- Start by placing a small handful of shredded lettuce on the bottom bun, a double chicken burger patty and then drizzle on some Frank’s Red Hot on top.
- Finish with two pieces of bacon and a top bun.
