Bacon Cheeseburger Brat Patty with Fried Egg

Ground Pork (70-75% lean) |
1 T |
No. 680 Bacon Cheeseburger Brat Seasoning |
2 T | High Temp Cheddar Cheese |
3 T | Crumbled Bacon (about 3 slices) |
8 slices | Bacon, cooked |
4 slices | Cheddar Cheese |
4 | Eggs, over-medium |
2-4 | Hard Rolls or Hamburger Buns |
Instructions:
- Place ground pork in a mixing bowl. Add seasoning and mix well, then add bacon bits and cheddar cheese. Mix thoroughly.
- Divide mixture into 4, 4 ounce balls, then press in between parchment/patty paper. Use a burger patty press, or stainless steel bowl to press down.
- Refrigerate patties for 1 hour prior to cooking.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat, then cook brat patties 3-5 minutes per side, then set aside.
