Ingredients
- 12 OZ – Shredded Brisket, cooked
- 12 OZ – Pulled Pork
- 2 LB – Ricotta Cheese
- 2 – Eggs

½ C – Memphis King Tangy BBQ Sauce
- 12 OZ – ready to bake Lasagna Pasta Sheets

2 C – Memphis King Tangy BBQ Sauce
- 10 Slice – Provolone Cheese
- 10 Slice – Mozzarella Cheese

½ C – Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Directions
- Preheat smoker or grill to 350 degrees.
- Lightly beat the eggs and then stir in the ricotta cheese and ½ cup of Memphis King.
- Lightly grease a foil ½ pan.
- Spread a thin layer of the ricotta mixture on the bottom of the pan.
- Drizzle ½ cup of Memphis king, and then add one single layer of noodles in the pan.
- Spread a thin layer of ricotta followed by an even layer of shredded brisket.
- Drizzle with BBQ sauce.
- Layer in 6 slices of provolone cheese.
- Drizzle with BBQ sauce.
- Add another layer of pasta, then ricotta, then the pulled pork.
- Drizzle with BBQ sauce and then add 6 slices of mozzarella cheese.
- Drizzle with BBQ and then make the final layer.
- Pasta, ricotta, BBQ sauce and remaining sliced cheeses.
- Top with the shredded parmesan cheese and cover with foil.
- Place the lasagna on the smoker for 1 hour.
- Uncover and continue to cook until the internal temp reaches 170 degrees and the cheese is well melted and slightly browned.
- Rest 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
