Ingredients
- 1 LB – Beer Brats
-
1 C– Shredded Cheddar Cheese
-
½ C – Green Onion, chopped
-
1 t – Tailgater Seasoning
- 6 – French Rolls
-
½ C– Brew City Mustard
Directions
- Preheat grill to 350 degrees set up for indirect heat.
- Remove the brat casings and place the meat in a bowl.
- Mix in the cheddar cheese, green onion and tailgater seasoning with the sausage.
- Cut the French bread lengthwise, like a sandwich and pull out the inside of the bread. (this will create a boat like vessel for the sausage.)
- Stuff the French bread with the sausage mixture so that each one is full.
- Place the stuffed bread on the grill, meat side down and cover the grill.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the internal temperature of the sausage reaches 160 degrees.
- Allow to rest for 5 minutes before drizzling with mustard.
- Enjoy!
