Left wing, right wing, it doesn’t matter to me. Keep calm, it’s wing day! There is nothing as good as a plate filled with crispy ale flavored, caramelized hot honey mustard chicken wings. So tender, I’ll bet you can’t just eat one!
Ingredients
-
4 Lb Chicken Wings
-
24 Oz Beer
-
2 T Cooking Oil
-
3 T Cock-A- Doodle Brew- Beer Can Chicken Rub
-
1/2 C Buzzed Hot Honey Ale Mustard
Directions
Place the wings in a large bowl or a brine bag and cover them with beer.
Place in the fridge for 4-8 hours.
Preheat grill/smoker to 350 degrees.
Strain or remove the wings from the beer brine and place in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle the wings with oil and season with Cock-A-Doodle Brew Rub. Toss to coat evenly.
Place directly on the grill and cook for 30 minutes.
Flip and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes.
Baste the wings and increase the temperature of the grill to 400 degrees.
Cook for a final 5 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes before enjoying!
