-
6 Oz Sliced Ham
-
6 Oz Cooked Pork Loin or Pulled Pork- Diced
-
3 Oz Swiss Cheese- Shredded
-
3 Oz Dill Pickles- Cut Into Matchsticks
-
2 Oz Big Dill Pale Ale Mustard
-
1/2 Oz Notorious P.I. G. Pulled Pork Rub
-
12 Wonton Wrappers
-
1 Egg- Beaten
Directions
Lay a wonton wrapper flat on a cutting board with one of the corners pointed toward you.
Brush the edges of the wonton with the egg wash.
In the center of the wonton, lay down ½ oz of sliced ham. Spread 1/4 tsp of Big Dill mustard on top of the ham.
Add ½ oz or pork, a few sticks of pickles and a sprinkle of cheese on top of the ham. Season with Notorious P.I.G.
To roll, bring the corner closest to you up and over the filling. Gently use the wrapper to pack the filling slightly.
Fold up the sides and seal the wonton against itself. Continue to roll until fully sealed.
Set air fryer to 400 degrees.
Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray. Place the egg rolls in the fryer but do not overcrowd the basket.
Cook for 6 minutes, and flip. Cook for an additional 6 minutes until brown and crispy.
Serve with a side of Big Dill Mustard for dipping.
