Ingredients
- 1 ½ LB – Shaved Ribeye Steak
- 1 – Onion
- 2 – Green Bell Peppers
- 1 ½ TB – Olive Oil
- 1 lg – French Roll
- 5 Slice – Provolone Cheese
- 3 TB – Black Tie Steak Seasoning
Directions
- Preheat your griddle or flattop to 350 degrees.
- Julienne your peppers and onion.
- Sauté the peppers and onion in olive oil together on the griddle. Toss occasionally until the veggies are cooked to your liking, about 5-8 minutes.
- Remove the peppers and onions from the griddle and set aside.
- Sauté the beef on the griddle, tossing occasionally. Season generously with Black Tie Steak seasoning.
- Once the steak is thoroughly cooked add the peppers and onion back in with meat and toss.
- Heat the French roll in the oven for a few minutes if desired.
- Slice the bread to open, but don’t cut all the way through.
- Scoop the meat and peppers into the bread.
- Top the meat with slices of provolone cheese and melt under the broiler or with a torch.
- Serve and enjoy!
