Ingredients
- 1 LB – Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 TB – Olive Oil
- 2 TB – Black Tie Steak Seasoning
- 8 oz – Fettuccini Pasta
- 1 ½ TB - Butter
- 2 TB – Garlic, Minced
- ½ Cup – White Wine (dry)
- 1 Cup – Heavy Cream
- ¾ Cup – Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
Directions
- Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package. Drain and set aside.
- Preheat a large pan over medium/high heat.
- Season the shrimp with Black Tie Steak Seasoning. Place the shrimp in the hot pan in one layer and sauté. Flip the shrimp after 2 minutes and continue to sauté until fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set the shrimp somewhere to keep warm.
- Preheat the large pan over medium heat and melt butter.
- Add the minced garlic to the pans and sauté lightly for 1 -2 minutes.
- Add wine and reduce by ½.
- Add cream and bring to a simmer, lower heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add pasta and shredded parmesan to the pans and stir constantly until the pasta is well coated in sauce and the cheese is melted.
- Season the pasta with Black Tie Steak seasoning and stir.
- Plate the pasta and top with shrimp and an extra sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
