Ingredients
- 1 LB – 21/25 Shrimp, Peeled and de-veined
- 1 Stick – Butter

1 TB – Buffalo Cajun Wing Rub
- 8 – Brioche Rolls
- ½ Cup – Blue Cheese Crumbles
- ¼ - Lemon
- Chopped Parsley
Directions
- Preheat your griddle to 300 degrees.
- Melt the butter on the griddle, keeping it in one area.
- Cook the butter until it just starts to brown.
- Add shrimp to the butter. Season with Buffalo Cajun Wing Rub.
- Cook for 4-6 minutes, stirring often until the shrimp is fully cooked.
- Remove from the griddle and allow to cool.
- Slice and lightly toast the brioche rolls.
- Build by stuffing the rolls with cooked shrimp.
- Top each roll with 1 TB of blue cheese crumbles, a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of chopped parsley.
- Serve at room temperature.
