Ingredients
- 2 LB – Chicken Breasts

2 T – Buffalo Cajun Wing Rub

1 C – Chicken Broth
- 8 oz – Cream Cheese
-
¼ C – Blue Cheese Crumbles
-
½ C – Sour Cream
-
1 C – Shredded Cheddar Cheese

3 T – Buffalo Cajun Wing Rub

¼ C – Green Onion, Chopped
- Baguette, Tortilla chips or vegetables for dipping
Directions
- Season the chicken breasts with Buffalo Cajun Wing Rub and place in the instant pot with the chicken broth.
- Set to high pressure and cook for 10 minutes with a 5 minutes natural release. After that, quick release all the pressure.
- Drain the chicken broth.
- Shred the chicken and add in the cream cheese, shredded cheese, blue cheese, sour cream and green onion. Stir together.
- Season again with Buffalo Cajun wing rub.
- Serve garnished with more blue cheese crumbles and green onion.
