Buffalo Turkey Nachos
Level up your nacho game with these epic Buffalo Turkey Nachos. A great way to use up any leftover turkey or chicken, these start with a layer of tortilla chips are stacked high with cheese, jalapenos, tomatillos and spicy buffalo turkey.

Tortilla Chips |
1 cup | Colby Jack, shredded |
1/2 cup | Bleu Cheese, crumbled |
1 T | Red Onion, minced |
1 T | Jalapeno, minced |
2 | Tomatillos, chopped |
Dollop | Sour Cream |
Dollop | Guacamole |
Desert Pepper Tequila Pepper | |
1/2 T | Cilantro |
1 | Scallion, sliced thinly |
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Mix together buffalo sauce and shredded turkey, and set aside.
- In a large cast iron skillet, layer half of chips, turkey, cheese, red onion, jalapeño, tomatillos, then repeat.
- Bake for 10 minutes, until cheese melts, and chips begin to brown on edges.
- Remove from oven and top with sour cream, guacamole, cilantro, and scallions. Season with Desert Pepper and serve hot.
