Ingredients
- 8 ½ LB – Ground Pork

374 g - #123 Maple Pancake Breakfast Sausage Seasoning
- 8 oz – Distilled water
- 6.8 oz – Carrot, finely shredded
- 3.4 oz – Walnuts, fine chopped
- 6.8 oz – Raisins
- 3 TB – Cinnamon, ground

Directions
- In a meat lug, combine the ground pork, Maple Pancake Breakfast sausage seasoning, shredded carrots, walnuts and raisins.
- Mix by hand, folding and kneading like bread. Add water.
- Mix until the ingredients are well mixed and the meat becomes tacky.
- Stuff into natural sheep casings.
- Link into 4” sections.
- Separate the links for cooking or reserve in vacuum sealed bags.
- Cook and enjoy!
