Ingredients
- 3 LB – Wings
- 1 Bottle – Chamoy (15oz)

4 TB – El Capitan Baja Cirtus Rub
Directions
- Place the wings in a large bowl and add in the Chamoy sauce.
- Gently mix the sauce into the wings so they are all submerged and covered.
- Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge to marinate for 12-24 hours.
- Preheat grill to 350 degrees set up for indirect heat.
- Place the wings on the grill over indirect heat.
- Season the wing with El Capitan Baja Citrus rub.
- Cook for 45-60 minutes, turning occasionally until the wings are fully cooked (170 degrees internal).
- Place the wings over direct heat to finish crisping up the skin, for about 3-4 minutes.
- Rest the wings for 5 minutes before serving with an extra drizzle of Chamoy.
