The easiest and most crowd-pleasing snack you'll find, these cheesy bacon chips are just regular ol' potato chips loaded up with tons of cheddar cheese and crispy bacon pieces. Sprinkle with a little Caesar Seasoning for an extra punch of flavor!
Ingredients
- 1 LB – Bacon
- 1 Bag – Wavy Potato Chips
- 8 oz – Block Cheddar

2 TB – Caesar Wing Rub
Directions
- Roughly chop the bacon.
- Cook the bacon in a large sauté pan over medium high heat until well rendered.
- Strain the bacon and set aside.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- Spread the chips out onto a parchment lined sheet tray.
- Shred the cheddar cheese and season with Caesar Wing Rub, toss to coat all the cheese.
- Sprinkle the cheese evenly on top of the chips, followed by the rendered bacon.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and just starts to brown.
- Remove from the oven and cool for 5-10 minutes to allow the cheese to harden a bit.
- Break into pieces and serve.
