We are taking meatballs to the next level! These cheese filled all beef meatballs are full of flavor! A nice crisp outside paired with the moist, juicy inside and gooey cheese! Don’t forget the Cherry Bomb sauce for that extra kick in each bite!
Ingredients

1Lb – Ground Beef

4 Oz – Brie
-
1 – Egg
-
½ C – Breadcrumbs
-
2 T – Rodeo Rub - Texas Brisket Rub

1 C – Cherry Bomb - Door County Cherry BBQ
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Combine the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs and rodeo rub and mix well with your hands.
Form the meat into 1 oz balls.
Cut the brie into ¼ Oz pieces.
Stuff a piece of brie into each meatball and form the meat around the cheese to fully cover it.
Place the meatballs in a skillet and then place it in the oven for 20 minutes.
Pour the Cherry Bomb evenly over the meatballs and place back in the oven for 5 minutes.
Garnish with green onion and enjoy!
