We had to try this Tik Tok trend of Sheet Tray Scalloped Potatoes! Who doesn't love potatoes cut into thin slices covered in cheddar and parmesan cheese, topped with our Grate State Cheesy Blend and more cheese!
Ingredients

4 Lb – Potatoes (small russets)

1 ½ C – Cheddar cheese, shredded

1 C – Parmesan Cheese, shredded

1 ½ T – Grate State Cheesy Blend

2 C – Heavy Cream
-
4 Clove – Garlic, minced
-
½ t – Kosher Salt
-
½ t – Black Pepper, ground
Directions
Wash the potatoes and slice them into circles, about1/8” thick.
Combine the cream, garlic, salt and pepper in a small sauce pot and bring to a simmer, then remove from heat. Do not allow to boil.
Lightly spray a ½ sheet tray with cooking spray.
Shingle the potatoes evenly in one layer over thebottom of the sheet tray.
Sprinkle with ½ of the cheddar cheese and then with ½ of the parmesan cheese. Season with Grate State.
Shingle the remaining potatoes on top as a second layer.
Carefully and evenly pour the scalded cream mixture over the potatoes.
Cover the tray with foil and place in the oven for 20 minutes at 425 degrees
Remove the foil and top with the remaining cheese and more Grate State.
Place back in the oven uncovered for an additional 20 minutes or until the cheese is slightly browned.
Rest for 5 minutes before serving
