Ingredients
- 1 LB – Ground Beef

2 TB – Black Gold
- 1 Bag – Kettle Cooked Potato Chips
- 4 oz – Blue Cheese, crumbled

4 oz – Cherry Bomb BBQ Sauce
- 4 – Burger Buns
- 4 oz – Havarti Cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Preheat griddle to 350 degrees.
- Spread out the chips on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle on the blue cheese crumbles. Bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes until the cheese starts to melt.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle on the Cherry Bomb BBQ sauce. Carefully stir with a spatula until the chips are well coated.
- Portion the ground beef into 8, 2 oz meatballs and head to the grill.
- Place the meatballs on the griddle and then press until about ¼” thick.
- Season with Black Gold and flip once caramelized.
- Top with sliced Havarti and allow to cook for 2 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Toast the burger buns if desired and then build your burgers.
- Lay down your burgers on the bottom buns and then top with the blue cheese chips.
- Add an extra drizzle of Cherry Bomb, top with your bun and enjoy!
