Dr. Pepper and Cherry Baby Back Ribs
Sweet cherry BBQ sauce and Dr. Pepper come together for mouthwatering baby back ribs. The ribs are rubbed in our chipotle infused Notorious P.I.G. for an extra kick.

Just what the Doctor ordered! These Dr. Pepper and Cherry Baby Back Ribs are fall off the bone good! With a sweet cherry flavor sprinkled with spice your mouth will be yummin’ all over this rack. Just remember a rack a day keeps the doctor a way.
Ingredients

2 Racks–Back Rib Racks

4 TB – Yellow Mustard

½ Cup – Notorious P.I.G. Rub

1 Stick – Butter
-
2 cup – Cherry Bomb BBQ Sauce

2 cup – Dr. Pepper
Directions
Pre heat smoker to 225 degrees.
Remove the membrane from the ribs. Rub the ribs with yellow mustard and then sprinkle with Notorious P.I.G.
Smoke the ribs for 3 hours (but check after 2.) Once the rub is well adhered to the meat remove for the next step.
In double lined heavy duty aluminum foil, place ¼ of the butter, ¼ of the bbq sauce, and ¼ of the Dr. Pepper. Place the ribs, meat side down and repeat the ingredients for the under side of the ribs.
Wrap the foil around the ribs, tightly, but take care not to break the foil.
Return to smoker for 2 hours.
Remove from the foil and baste all over with BBQ sauce and return to the smoker for 1 hour.
Allow to rest and enjoy!
