Ingredients

1 Rack – Leftover Ribs
-
1 Cup – Memphis King BBQ Sauce
-
3 – French Rolls
-
18 – Pickle Chips

½ - Onion, Julienned

¼ Cup – Memphis King BBQ Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Lay down a piece of foil and drizzle with ½ cup of Memphis King.
Cut the ribs into 3 sections and place them, bones up down on the foil.
Drizzle another ½ cup of sauce on top and then wrap up.
Place in the oven for 1 ½ to 2 hours until probe tender.
Remove and rest for 10 minutes.
Toast the buns if desired and then build the sandwiches.
Place a section of ribs on the bottom bun and then gently pull out the bones.
Drizzle with extra Memphis King and then top with pickle slices and julienned onion.
Replace the top bun and serve.
Enjoy!
