Our Spicy Dill Pickle Pasta Salad isn't your regular pasta salad. Ours has a tangy twist and a subtle kick, this dish will be the highlight of any summer BBQ or picnic. If you love pickles, this pasta salad will become your new go-to.

Ingredients
- 1 LB – Bowtie Pasta
- 2 LB – Bacon (based on preference)
- 1 Cup – Diced Pickles
- 3 TB – Parsley, Chopped
- 1 ½ Cup – Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 ¼ Cup – Mayo

2 ½ TB – Spicy Dill Pickle Wing Seasoning
Directions
- Cook the pasta to al dente, according to the directions on the box.
- Once cooked, strain the pasta and run under cold water to cool quickly.
- Roughly chop the bacon and place in a pan. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring often.
- Once the bacon is well rendered, strain off the fat and cool the bacon.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the cooked pasta, rendered bacon and the remaining ingredients.
- Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve cold.
- Enjoy!

There isn’t enough words to describe how fantastic this is. The spice is definitely up there. But is a beautiful flavor of heat. Not hot just because. If it’s too much heat you can add some maple or extras pasta and mayo or sourcream. Very easy to adjust so everyone in the house can enjoy it. I even added a cup of chopped pickled onions.
With leftovers you can add chicken and have for lunch the next day to make it a complete meal.
Longer it sits in the fridge the longer the after heat last.
