These easy to eat Cuban Cigars feature your favorite flavors of pulled pork, Swiss cheese, and pickles, all wrapped up in a tortilla shell then wrapped in bacon. Don't forget a generous dip in mustard!
Ingredients
- 2 LB – Pulled Pork
- 8 oz – Swiss Cheese, shredded
- 8 – Pickle Spears
- 16 – Flour Tortillas
- 16 Slice – Bacon (not thick cut)

3 TB – Jackpot Carolina Gold Rub
- Bier Hall Mustard for dipping
Directions
- Preheat smoker to 300 degrees.
- Slice the pickle lengthwise in ½ and shred the Swiss cheese.
- Lay down a tortilla and add about 2 oz of pulled pork, a pickle slice and a pinch of swiss cheese.
- Season with a sprinkle of Jackpot rub.
- Roll up tight.
- Wrap each tortilla in a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick if needed.
- Place the Cuban cigars on a rack and then place in the smoker.
- Cook for 30-45 minutes until the bacon is rendered to your liking.
- Rest the cigars for 5 minutes before serving. Dip in mustard for the full Cuban experience.
