Ingredients

1 1/2 Lb Corned Beef - Sliced

4 Slices Rye Bread
-
4 T Butter
-
6 Slices Swiss Cheese
-
1 Cup Easy Homemade Sauerkraut

1/2 Cup Russian Dressing
Directions
Butter one side of the sliced rye bread.
In a large skillet, over medium high heat, toast the rye bread on each side. Finishing with the buttered side down. Lower the heat to a low setting and add the swiss cheese to the bread to start melting.
Heat the corned beef in a shallow pan with a little bit of water, or in the microwave.
Place on the toasted rye bread and top with sauerkraut and Russian dressing.
Top with other piece of bread and enjoy!
