Ingredients
- 18 – Rhodes Dinner Rolls (frozen)

3 T – Olive Oil
- 1 – Jalapeno, small dice

1 ½ C – Shredded Cheese

4 T – El Jefe Taco Rub

2 T - Butter
Directions
- Thaw the rolls at room temperature for 45 minutes and then cut the dough balls into 1/4s.
- Toss the cut up rolls in a bowl with the oil, cheese, diced jalapeno and El Jefe Taco rub until well mixed and the dough is coated.
- Pour the mixture into a large cast-iron pan.
- Let the pan sit at room temperature for about 1 to 1 ½ hours to allow the dough to rise. (double in size)
- While the dough is rising, preheat the smoker to 350 degrees for indirect heat.
- Cover with foil and place on the smoker. Cook for 40 minutes and then remove the foil.
- Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until the bread is fully cooked and the top is slightly browned.
- Baste the top with butter and then let it rest for 15 minutes before serving.
