6 Eggs

3/4 Cup Mayo

2 t Elote Loco Street Corn Blend
-
1 t Apple Cider Vinegar
-
1/2 t Hot Sauce
-
1 t Dijon Mustard
-
1/2 Jalapeño
-
2 t Cilantro- Chopped
Directions
Hard boil the eggs.
Cut in half and take the yolks and place them in a bowl with the mayo, Elote Loco, vinegar, hot sauce, mustard and mix well.
Put the mixture into a ziplock bag. Cut the tip and use it to pipe the yolk mixture into the egg whites.
Garnish with cilantro, a jalapeno slice, a drop of hot sauce and another sprinkle of Elote Loco.
